The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in the charming Mala Strana district, close to all attractions but far from noise. Guests also have the advantage of having a Michelin starred restaurant just upstairs, providing an incredible dining experience. Added to that, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with some offering stunning views of the old town. The staff is highly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options available.
The access to the hotel can be a bit challenging for those traveling by car, as it requires a long walk or a steep climb from the nearest tram or bridge, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great location, close to key attractions and beautiful views. Another advantage was the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel.
The WiFi was not reliable enough for streaming, a bit disappointing. There were no amenities like a gym or swimming pool.

The hotel facilities were great, withnice and neat rooms. We had easy access to a Michelin starred restaurant located just upstairs. The location was perfect, right next to the castle and close to all attractions in the Mala Strana district of the city.
Hard to think of anything negative. Everything was so nice.

The room we stayed in, Rudolph II. suite, was amazing with amazing views. The location was perfect, right under the castle, and the staff treated us with utmost care and promptness.
The morning meal could use some improvement in terms of taste.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging reliable pick up and providing excellent service throughout my visit. The room had a beautiful view of the old town and was well-equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect, in a quiet residential area but still within walking distance of landmarks like the castle. Highly recommend!

The location proved to be excellent, just a short walk from the main square. The room was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the fine view of the city from the terrace where we had a delicious breakfast. The hotel was well-maintained and really clean. Even though the hotel was a bit hidden, it added to its charm. We received great assistance from the friendly and helpful staff. we highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous and comfortable stay.

Being able to relax in a luxurious atmosphere was exactly what I needed and this hotel exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities granted me all the comfort I needed. the room advantages were more than worth the price paid, including an amazing view and a comfortable bed. Service was impeccable and the special diet menus perfectly catered to my needs.
There was only one minor issue: the lack of a Gym/Leisure TV room. While this was not a major issue for me, it could be a factor for some.
